Verified Words cannot describe! The trip was simply perfection, coordinated to the finest detail by Magic Carpet/Shaimaa I had to leave a review! We were going to Egypt for 10 days but had no itinerary so thought it would be great if we contacted a local travel agency to help with that. We found Aladdin Reizen online and Shaimaa was the one I ended up working with directly. Like anything I find online, I am quite skeptical, especially when I need to provide my information and make payments but we still decided to move forward with coordinating our trip with them and I am SOOO glad we did. Hands down this was the BEST trip, most detailed and well coordinated trip we've ever had! First of all, since I was skeptical and concerned, I had a million+1 questions - Shaimaa not only answered so promptly always, but was so kind and friendly and answered all my questions in detail until I felt comfortable. She put together the most SOLID itinerary - the only thing I told her is that we were going to be there for 10 days and we want to see as much as possible, that's all she had to go off of and she overdelivered! Everything was planned and coordinated to the final second of the trip. The itinerary had the key destinations, like if you went to Egypt once and only once, everything that is a MUST see, was scheduled and planned. The only thing we managed (which we did before we reached out to Aladdin Reizen) was buying tickets from US to Cairo and back, everything else, Aladdin Reizen/Shaimaa took care of - from the moment we stepped foot in the airport, there was someone waiting for us that took us to where we needed to go, including helping with the visa (which I didn't really know we needed or how to go about it), from there a driver took us to the hotel - we stayed at Eileen Hotel. The traffic is something else, you have to be an exceptional driver there, and we did have the best and funniest driver (arranged by Aladdin Reizen) - his name is Syed. I can confidently say he added to the whole trip experience! When we traveled to Luxor and then we returned to Cairo, we requested him again as a driver because he is just that great, and funny. Magic Carpet arranged for the accommodation as well, we stayed at Eileen Hotel in Cairo, had an amazing Nile Cruise for 4 nights and stayed at Nefertiti hotel in Luxor. Magic Carpet arranged for all the domestic flights, and truly every single detail was taken care of. The Cruise was exceptional, and Shaimaa made sure we had a room with a balcony, it was A TREAT. The guides that Magic Carpet have arranged, who were actually Egyptologists, left me speechless! The guide we had for Cairo and Alexandra, his name is Amr, we can't say enough about him! Because I am very curious and I've heard or read all types of information everywhere, and theories, about Egypt, about the pyramids etc., I had a million questions and things I wanted to discuss - Amr not only answered all my questions but we were able to discuss all kinds of theories, and possibilities, it was such an enlightening experience and conversation. The amount of knowledge and information Amr and Osama (our guide in Aswan and Luxor area) have is absolutely astonishing! No human should be able to remember and know everything in such great detail like these 2 do! Everything from the years of all kinds of pharaohs, dynasties, family connections, to reading hieroglyphs and interpreting and explaining scenes present in tombs and temples - no matter how many words I use, I cannot do justice on the knowledge and the professionalism of Amr and Osama! If you have any of them on your trip, you are in great luck! Honestly, thanks to Aladdin Reizen, and Shaimaa directly, we had the most amazing trip! We literally got there and we had nothing to worry about, Shaimaa took care of all the details, of everything, for every single day! It truly felt like a real vacation! I am so glad I decided to trust them, I cannot recommend them enough! OUTSTANDING!
